One Duck's Opinion Forums

What if, instead of One Duck's Opinion, the name was shorten to ODO.

So when somebody wanted to go on another computer and look at your blog, duck, it would be so much simple to type odo.blogspot.com

edit: well you can't use odo because some jacka^s has that name and the only thing he has typed is, " I like chicken."

But could we have a contest to try to shorten the name?

Well, the name is a bit obscure and hard to find randomly. And just for the record, I've been referring to it as ODO for quite some time now on the forums.

But for now, it's fine since Duck probably gets the most hits by links from other sites and stuff.

I found his blog searching for Pokemon Snap 2 and his artical on ideas for it was in the google results.

Oh well, yea that's a good point. Your articles could be easily searched for. (Hell, I've had quite a few hits from people searching "Mario Kart Wii" on google).

Ugh, I hate pointless sites like ODO. I like chicken as much as the next guy, but when that's the ONLY thing you see on that site, it becomes a waste of a good site name.

I think the site's name is fine. You can't really shorten One Duck's Opinion without implementing different words. Duck Talk, Duck Text, Duct Tape. Those would be some examples of shortening the name.

Well the problem that I have with the name is that it has nothing to do with video games.

Well Duck's opinion is usually around video games; so it technically is about video games.
