Yes, it's dire. We control the days! MUHAHAHAHA!

Ok, so I may have phrased my previous sentence a little incorrectly. I was referring to the events on Thursday (particularly watching The Dark Knight). Sorry for the confusion.

Two of my brothers watched a midnight showing the other night; one said it was cool, the other might have a new favorite movie (haven't really talked to him about it yet). I'll probably check it out next weekend.

Ok, turns out it is on. But we're going at 8. Which means we'll come back at 11~ish. Sweet.

Ive Been meaning to post here for a long time, so to get the thread back on topic: This is Me:




This was taken at Hersheypark, an amusement park I live like 45 mins. from!
I was doing what I did a lot of the day.....waiting... >.> but most of the time it was worth it!!!

And this is me after the day was over and we got rained out....



We were on our way out and it just poured, and to make matters worse, we made our way through the whole park during the day, so it was from the back of the park ALLLL the way to the front of the park...Ahhh that day was amazing... Too bad summer's over on the 3rd for me....

Just so you know, I'm going back on the 8th.

Everyone always says something about the 'stache.... I dunno why, nothin special to me....

I recently was part of a group of over 200 people who helped to put a playground together for an under- privileged part of New Orleans.

The final picture is everyone from my school that was part of the 200 man project.

Also, I mixed 4 tons of concrete. (That is no exaggeration, I mixed 100 bags of cement and each one weighed 80 pounds).

I was so tired when I was done, I think I slept for 16 hours after that.

But it just feels like a millennia since I use to go to school. And soon, less than 5/6 months away, I'll have finished college and setting my sights on university.

I see people now from my old school and some of them are hardly recognizable.

But anyway, I'm babbling, I meant what I said. I really miss the days at school where we would spend lunch on the field and just lay there lazily watching the world drift steadily on by. It was calm and serene back then... but now, it's just deadline after deadline.

Oh, I hear ya there..."YES I just finished my book report! Now what? ANOTHER ONE!?!!?!?? You gotta' be kidding!!"

I honestly do not understand the British School System...

What's not to understand? It's simple really.

Compulsory education until your 16, then you can choose to go straight into work/apprenticeship/college etc. After 2 (at least, some may redo a year or two) of college, you can go out into the world of work with your A-levels or go to university!

And wow, we have gone seriously off-topic.
