I personally use Firefox due to the massive amount of useful plugins etc.

Why don't you download FF??

I use FF on my PC.

And Opera on my Wii. XD

@Tony: I'm guessing you voted for 'IE 6 or lower' I recommend (at least) upgrading to IE7 since it has better security and tabbed browsing etc.

I use Safari; it came on my iMac, and I see little reason to change.

On anything Windows though, it's Firefox. Safari on Windows is still far superior to IE, but not Firefox (I have a friend who uses it actually, though it's probably just because the ease of downloading Youtube videos)

Although if you have an older PC it can be draining in comparison to IE6

And @ Ceph FF gives you so many options you can individualise it and make it great(er)

The sheer amounts of plugins make it so awesome. The same reason why I use PDN.

Well there are the Adblock plus addon which removes most ads (andyou can add to your ad database to block more of them) so pages load faster etc. Also some things such as NoScript which makes it much more secure and doesnt allow scripts to run without you marking a site as ok. Download status bar to keep track of your downloads in the window without a pop-up. Also aforementioned ability to download Youtube Videos easily. These are a few of the many you can have.

FlashGot. Which allows you to download a multitude of links easily. Adblock plus is amazing.

An awe-inspiring, jaw-dropping amount of bookmark add-ons. Add-ons that allow you to have a look at what the tab is currently displaying without actually clicking (moving over it like in Vista). Pre-set presents of web-sites (e.g. Pressing Ctrl + 1 brings you to Google or something). Toolbars for Stumpleupon, Digg etc.

And many many MANY more.

I use DownloadThemAll as you don't need a separate program running. But yea there are millions!

Man I wish, but I don't think my computer can take FF or a higher IE, since it is already dying. I'll just wait till i get a new computer, and I will get FF.

I think FF takes slightly longer than IE to load up (since IE is loaded when the computer starts) but when started, overall it is faster than IE. So it's your call.

It's the opposite with me. IE takes forever to start, and forever to close. FF is nearly instant.

That's probably because you use FF a lot more, so it's in the cache all the time. Whereas IE is not, therefore FF starts much quicker.

(Actually it's the same for me)

I use Fire Fox because I like the options it has and I really like how you can change the theme of the window and I like tabscope which is an add-on that lets you actually scroll and click all in a preview that comes down the tab... :D
